Q1) How Do I Book?
A1) Please see our How To Book page by click here.
Q2) I have booked and paid for a parking space, but I have not yet received my email?
A2) Some email filters may delete or send to Spam Inbox your confirmation email. Please check your Spam inbox to see if it is there. In any case, you do not require the email as you can simply print a copy eticket from your account. This is how:
Step 1 - Click the My Account link
Step 2 - Log into your account with the email address and password you chose on first use of our online booking system.
Step 3 - Under the "Current Bookings" heading you will see any current bookings. Click on the one you require (if you only have one booking, you will only have the one to chose from).
Step 4 - Print the page!
Q3) I do not want to set up a Google Checkout account, can I pay with my credit/debit card without registering for Google Checkout?
A3) Yes you can. At the checkout stage, do not click on the Google Checkout Fast Checkout button. Click Continue. If this is not available, there may be a technical problem which will be resolved shortly. But please be aware that another customer may book last remaining spaces while you wait for the system to be resolved.
